This women-only event is part of our Social & Wellbeing Programme and offers girls and young women aged 15–25 the opportunity to step away from everyday pressures, connect with nature, meet others and enjoy an uplifting afternoon of movement and sisterhood.

Take a well-deserved break and join us for an afternoon dedicated to relaxation, connection and wellbeing.
As part of The Zahra Circle Social & Wellbeing Programme, this fully funded session offers the opportunity to enjoy swimming, a sauna and a hot tub in a calm and welcoming environment. Whether you’re coming to unwind, spend time with friends or simply do something for yourself, this is your chance to pause, recharge and connect with other girls and young women in a supportive space.
Important Information
💜 Please arrive 15 minutes before your session to allow time for registration and a prompt start.
🩱 Please arrive wearing your swimwear underneath your clothes and ready to swim.
🏊 There will be no lifeguard on duty, so participants should be confident swimming and comfortable in the water.
🤍 If you’re not a confident swimmer, you’re still very welcome to attend. You can relax in the sauna and hot tub and enjoy spending time with the group. Please prioritise your safety and do not enter the pool if you are not confident.
🚿 Please note there are no shower facilities available after the session, so we recommend bringing a towel and anything else you may need.

Step into a living tradition over 1,000 years old.
Discover the art of classical Asiatic archery, a discipline rooted in the traditions of the early Arabs, Seljuks, Mamluks, Ottomans, and Mughals. More than simply learning to shoot a bow, this introductory course explores the historical, physical, and mindful aspects of an ancient martial art that has been passed down through generations.
Whether you’re completely new to archery or looking to experience a more traditional approach, this session provides a welcoming introduction to the foundations of mounted and foot archery, taught with an emphasis on presence, discipline, and intentional practice.
No previous experience is required, and all equipment will be provided.

Discover the joy of horse riding in a fun, supportive and welcoming environment. This six-week beginners' course is perfect for teenage girls with little or no previous riding experience.
Over six weekly sessions, participants will learn the fundamentals of horse riding while building confidence, developing new skills and forming a positive connection with horses. Alongside riding, you'll also be introduced to stable management, learning how to safely care for and handle horses.
Course Details
Duration: 6 weeks
Day: Saturday 25th July 2026, thereafter every Saturday
Time: 1pm – 2:30pm
Suitable for: Complete beginners
Basic horse riding skills
Confidence and balance in the saddle
Horse care and grooming
Stable management and safety
Respectful horse handling
Places are limited to ensure every participant receives plenty of support and individual attention.
Course Fee:£150 for the full 6-week course paid in cash.
Payment Information
A non-refundable deposit of £25 is required to reserve your place on the course. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the first day of the course. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Payment secures your place for the entire course. As spaces are booked with the riding centre in advance, fees are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by The Zahra Circle.

Our Pilates & Brunch session, delivered in collaboration with Kalm, includes a grazing board and an açai bowl, all provided by Kalm.

This gathering will centre around the famous Qasidah Burdah by Imam al-Busiri, accompanied by selected qasa’id and short reminders. It is a space to come together in remembrance, to be present, and to nourish the heart through sacred poetry and shared reflection.
Whether you are familiar with the Burdah or attending for the first time, this gathering is open to all.
Light Refreshments will be provided, and you are welcome to bring a dish to share as we gather together afterwards.

Join us for a calm and uplifting spring walk designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and step into the new season with intention.
Set in the beautiful surroundings of Beaumont Park, this gentle walk offers a space to breathe, reflect, and connect with others in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Together, we’ll explore the importance of nature for our wellbeing, taking time to pause and appreciate the beauty around us.
The walk will include a light nature hunt, gentle moments of reflection, and simple connection activities designed to build trust, encourage meaningful conversations, and create a sense of sisterhood.
Spaces are limited to keep the group intimate and supportive.
Join us for a beautiful Chaand Raat celebration as we prepare to welcome Eid together.
An evening for girls and young women to enjoy henna, sweet treats, games and sisterhood in a warm and welcoming space.
During the evening we will also have a Spin the Wheel where girls will have the chance to win fun prizes including mini massages, ear seeding, archery and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu session.
